Essential Oils Club
Essential Oils are becoming more and more popular each and every day. They are being touted as “nature's medicine” that other countries have been using for centuries in preventing and treating allergies, colds, flu, injuries, viruses and more serious health challenges including arthritis, back pain, chronic sinus issues, allergies, asthma, depression, anxiety, & migraines just to name a few. They are said to evoke a positive emotional state and help lower stress levels, assist you in your physical wellness (body cleansing, balance and weight loss), as well as cleaning and purifying your home without chemicals. Many of us have them, but aren’t sure how to use them. Or we would like to try something out but don’t have an outlet to do so.
The 3M Essential Oils Exploration Club invites employees who are eager to explore the possibilities of Essential Oils to gather, sample, share uses and network with fellow 3Mers. The club will meet at regular monthly intervals. The format will be inclusive and participatory; bring your oils, bring your ideas, bring your questions and bring your solutions. I expect there to be experts and novices; let’s all learn together. We will be sharing personal testimonials and uses for the common essential oils.
